While our Summit is dedicated to Black women in data, anyone and everyone is welcome to participate in the professional development activities.

No, when you purchase a ticket to the summit, it includes your registration and access to the summit. You are responsible for booking your own hotel accommodations, however a discounted rate is available.

We encourage our out-of-town attendees to reserve hotel accommodations at the venue, Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter. The special BWD Summit 2025 room rate ranges from $109-$129 per night plus taxes and fees.

The dress code is business casual, but don’t be afraid to show your personality off, sis!

Business Casual: Appropriate business casual dress typically includes slacks or khakis, dress shirt or blouse, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt at knee-length or below, a tailored blazer, knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot.

• Bringing your laptop or tablet is advised, and a good attitude!

We're focusing on the in-person experience for BWD Summit 2025. It has been too difficult for the BWD team to support the virtual and in-person events simultaneously. The virtual option is not available at this time. We are looking forward to seeing you in real life in September.
